This project required special standards due to the demanding nature of large industrial kitchens, which produce intense heat, odors, and vapors. We designed, supplied, and installed heavy-duty exhaust systems using powerful centrifugal fans and galvanized stainless-steel ducts resistant to heat and corrosion. Additionally, a fresh air supply system was integrated to compensate for the extracted air, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for the culinary staff.
